Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, or from acceptance of the offer in the case of services, to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the Client must inform L8 STUDIO of their decision to withdraw before the expiry of the aforementioned period, by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., postal letter, e-mail, or the withdrawal form available on our website).
The Client may use the model withdrawal form provided in the annex of these Terms and Conditions, though this is not mandatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
Upon valid withdrawal, L8 STUDIO will reimburse all payments received from the Client, including standard delivery fees (excluding any additional costs arising from the Client choosing a delivery method other than the standard option offered).
The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which L8 STUDIO is informed of the Client’s decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless the Client expressly agrees to another method. No additional fees will be charged to the Client.
Return of Products
The Client must return the product(s) to L8 STUDIO, at their own expense, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the communication of their decision to withdraw.
Returned products must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, complete (original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, etc.) and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any item that is used, damaged, incomplete, or returned with deteriorated or missing original packaging will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Discounted Items (if applicable)
Discounted items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items can be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send us an email at info@l8-studio.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping cost is €12.90 for France, €20.50 for Europe, and €28.90 for international returns. Please be aware that this fee solely covers shipping and does not include any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
If customs fees apply, they will be at your expense and must be settled directly with the relevant authorities. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before proceeding with an international return to avoid any unexpected charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
