1. Order Processing Time
We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure the highest quality upon delivery.  
- Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours (business days only).  
- For pre-orders, delivery timelines vary based on the product. Each product description explicitly states the estimated delivery time to ensure transparency.  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
To guarantee secure and reliable shipping, we partner with UPS.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:  

- France: 24h to 72h (business days)  
- Europe: Up to 5 business days 
- International:5 to 10 business days 

Please note: Express delivery is not available at this time.

We rely on UPS's efficient global network to ensure your orders are delivered on time. However, external factors such as customs clearance or unexpected logistical delays may sometimes impact delivery schedules.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping 
We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €150.  
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are:  

- France: €10.9  
- Europe: €16.9  
- International: €25.9  

Important: Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking  
- Every order is assigned a tracking number, which is provided in the shipping confirmation email.  
- Customers can track their orders directly through the UPS tracking platform for real-time updates on their shipment status.  

We encourage all customers to monitor their tracking details to stay informed about their order’s journey.

5. Delivery Issues & Support
In case of delivery delays, missing packages, or other issues, customers should first contact UPS directly for the most accurate updates. The carrier will have the latest information on the package status.  

However, if the issue persists or remains unresolved, our team is here to assist. We will intervene and take the necessary actions to ensure a resolution.

6. Customs & Duties  
All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Each country has different regulations, and we advise checking your local customs policies before placing an order.  

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to us, in which case shipping costs will not be refunded.
